Example of Assurance Enabler Delivery
Bohill were responsible for undertaking Assurance Enabler Services for a pre-investment due diligence, and business case. This secured the capital funding for the development of a multi-million pound Enterprise class MPLS Voice and Data Network for Eircom. Assurance Enabler entailed in-depth assessment of technical feasibility, market demand, service readiness, ability to deliver and business justification. This was delivered on time and within budget, which enabled Eircom to gain acceptance for the network.
This enabled an End to End Delivery of a £5m managed service, to Northgate-IS as part of a wider programme to deliver an 'ICT BPO' to Viridian PLC.
The Managed service offering incorporated both transition, and transformation of Viridian's existing communications network, to an advanced telecoms service, encompassing an MPLS Voice and Data Network.
